What happens if I there is no carpark available when I want it?

-In the unlikely event that we cannot provide you a suitable carpark, we will record the event as a missed request. After 3 missed requests, your 4th park will be free of charge.

How can I pay?

-We will charge registration by creditcard through an authorized online provider. Each time you use ParkNow you can either pay by registered creditcard or pay our reservation driver in cash.

Do I still need to pay for metered parking?

-Yes, if the meter is active and the hours are appropriate, you still need to pay for parking. However, we can refill the meter for you if required so you don’t need to physically return to your car to refill.

What hours are ParkNow available?

-We are available 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
